Special General Meeting
We are having a Special General Meeting on 8th March at 11am, at the Scottish Ballet Studio in the Tramway.
This meeting will be to examine the proposed revised articles of association. Please find the motion and agenda below:
Motion to Special General Meeting
“This Special General meeting agrees to approve the revised articles of association. ”
To approve the revised articles, particular attention is drawn to the following clauses in the attached articles of association.
Page 4, paragraph 7 updates the objects of the Company. They provide clarity about what the Company aims to achieve in carrying out its business.
Page 5, paragraph 11 clarifies who can be members of the company.
Page 10, paragraph 23 describes the responsibilities of trustees and the period of time during which they can hold office.
